Recipe for use with our Baking SheetOne of our favorite breakfast treats or one of those things that flies at a party is always our Sausage Balls. We recommend you use a good quality breakfast sausage so they don't have too much grease in them. They turn out perfect every time when baked on our stoneware baking sheet.
Cream Cheese Sausage Balls1 lb. good pork breakfast sausage1 c. Bisquick 1 c. shredded cheese 1 8 oz. pack of cream cheese 1 finely chopped onion Mix all ingredients together and roll into small balls about golf ball sized, maybe a little smaller. Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes or until nicely browned. |
